Vaginal nouns - Dry, Cracked Skin?

Down in my vaginal nouns I have really dry skin and it cracks slickly.
When I wipe or sit the wrong way the skin down here will crack and open, afterwards I bleed and it gets on my underwear.
I hold used A+D cream. I'm thinking about a moment ago keeping on using this, but it only help a little bit. I don't want to use straight up lotion because that can head to a bacterial infection.
Does anyone have any suggestions on things I can use down at hand to get rid of this problem? You should particularly see your doctor about this.
