Vitamin B or Evening Primrose for PMS/mood/bloat?

i get drastically moody and bloated, and i've heard these capsule can ease PMS.
am i better bad buying Vitamin b-6 or Evening Primrose for these problems? I have never used Evening Primrose Oil because it have a risk that could affect my health. I do pinch B6 as part of a bottle of B Complex and found that to be assiduous for the mood issues with PMS. You can also find B6 within a bottle by itself at places like Wal-Mart.
I would recommend checking beside your doctor as well to see what they vote.
