Weird smell after sex?

after me and my boyfriend of 2 years have sex sometimes theres a really strong unexpected smell is not like fishy its jus kinda sour and cruel kinda smell like puss [like from a infection earing or sumthing] i took a at home screening examination [vagisil] and it said my ph is fine is normal so cld it perchance be him? we dont use condums i am on birthcontrol pills. it's natural to enjoy an odour after sex it's the fluids, aslong as you wash straight after and the smell go it's nothing to be concerned more or less however if your washing and the smell is still within book an appt. at the gyno there could be some infection in attendance.
It might be something he is eating that make his semen smell.
That would be similar to eating asparagus and making your pee smell funny.
I guess in that is truth to that old adage that we are what we chomp through!
he should quit smoking sausages and eat more cream pies.
