What do this be going to, she did the research and no answers on the other hand, she can't integer out why??

My friend been enjoy some pelvis and pains on her right side. About a year ago she had a toddler, after she had her babe-in-arms her pelvis being to hurt and her right side start to swell up again. Her doctor said that her pelvis (with some women) will hurt up to a year. It's be a year for her and nothing have change. Two days ago she go and had two different ultra sounds done, and the entity who did the ultra sound said that she have a fold over her ovaryies. She doesn't know what the person medium by that and she geting scared and fretful. Please help us try numeral this out? It's possible that she could be dealing with defect tissue build up (just giving an example) or even something like endometriosis (another example).
I would recommend that your friend win another opinion, and preferably from a doctor that does not share matching office as the one she currently uses to see what exactly could be going on.
