Was worried I be pregnant?

I was waiting on my time and it came a couple days unsettled. I've been reading up on spotting and period, and so far I'm on day 3 almost 4 of it. It feel like a time and cramps and what not, and but my soreness hasn't been as severe since I tend to masturbate abundantly right before.
I took a pregnancy oral exam and it came up distrustful. Am I on my period, or should I pinch another one to make sure? Your body conceivably rejecting you over exerting yourself especially around your menstral cycle. Blessing of Self-Control 2008
