Can anyone tell me any exercises that i can do that will trim down my stomach and thighs but hold my bum and boobs and enhance them! i am a slim size 8 and this is just a shield of toning up, i do not want to burn fat. thanx Look up ab and thigh exercises on the network - there are loads of variation. Abs - situps, crunches, reverse crunches. Thighs - lunges, squats, step etc. Most of these can be done at home with no equipment.
im also a size 7- 8
i work out at CURVES its a 30 minute workout... and it tones your body and make you stronger i go a couple times a week... i love it
