so can some1 suggest ways to lose weight and what i should wear i weigh almost 125-130 at leasts 5 to 10 pounds would be good for me thanx*. simply watch what you devour no candy and drinl lots of water and exercise and you should lose it and I would wear anything you are comfortable in I did 2 dressy outfits and a couple of unflappable, jeans etc..
