no not always, u can enjoy some cramps if your pregnant, or if its 14 days befor your period some women catch ovulaion pains, hope that helps

Yes it can. I can sometimes grasp bad cramps a week up to that time my cycle even starts. It's how I know when they'll be starting soon, so I can get prepared within a way :-P
But yes if you enjoy painful cramps that be aware of like your spell then you'll probably gain them soon.
