Urine Slower than usual?

For the past month or more I own been really slack on my hose down intake, almost non-exsistant. I noticed something like 2 weeks ago that my urine would only come out at one speed, not slow, not concrete fast, but at a regular rate I suppose. But even when I even if I attmept to push to clear the flow faster, it still comes out at the same rate. No pains, no odors or unusual things going on beside my body, but I was wondering should I be worried? Is it because I haven't be drinking water and I requirement a good flushing? What could be the effect.
FYI: I started back my intake of marine yesterday. You need to drink wet everyday several times a day!
Try 100% cranberry liquid as well but not more than the river u should be drinking!
