Urine odor?

I have spy lately that when I urinate, there is an increased odor/ammonia coming from my urine, while I urinate and afterwards. My boyfriend have also noticed this. He states that after I budge to the bathroom, if he walks into the bathroom after I not here it, he says that he can smell it also. This happen in doesn`t matter what toilet I use. What could be the cause of this? You are probably not getting adequate water/fluid and your urine is becoming concentrated. This can happen if you cut put money on drinking water or other fluids, or exercise seriously and not replenish yourself with river and other fluids.
Maybe you have be holding it in for too long? You should try going more commonly.
I'm not sure, sorry.
Drinking heavily? Eating a lot of broccoli? Too much meat within your diet perhaps?
