Urinary infection or worse??

I'm having problems when going to the loo.
Sorry if this ends up a bit illustrative!
When I have a wee everything is fine, it doesn't hurt but at the shutting of the we I get a achy cramp which feels similar to it's coming round around my clitoral area. It doesn't hurt it's a moment ago really uncomfortable and make me tense when finishing a wee.
I come across to be going ot the tiolet a lot more just this minute too
What could it be?? Probably a UTI..
but could also just be a yeast infection..
Id breed a doctors appt.
