Urinary frequency?

I need to budge to the toilet often, and sometimes when I am done, and stand up, I surface like I call for to go again! It's not hurting, it just seem like my bladder doesn't hold a very big size! I'm 25, any ideas? I have the same problem and did turn to the doctor. She told me the more frequently I would go, the stipulation to urinate was greater. So I be prescribed no medicine, simply to wait as long as I could respectively time I felt the urge to be in motion; it reminds of the old battery - if you charged them up frequently, they would eventually need to be charged up more, and would not use the unbroken battery. After 4 months, I presently only urinate 5-6 times a afternoon.
