Very sharp headache within lower stomach. What is it?

Very sharp pain surrounded by lower stomach. Im 16 and yesterday morning i woke up with the worst niggle ever in my stomach i be breathing heavily everytime i moved it hurt even more it was especially hard to procure up but i did, i threw up twice and got rather better but 2day i still feel alike kind of distress in my lower stomach not as impossible but still hurts. I got my interval also if that helps and the sharp stomach-ache came next to cramps.. what could it be? Appears like premenstrual cramps. Wait, survey and act!
