I am pretty positive you can't get pregnant by swallowing sperm. However, I don't know if it will do anything else to your body to swallow it. You don't enjoy to worry almost pregnancy though. Your stomach acids would most likely distroy it formerly it could do anything to the rest of your body so I wouldn't worry just about either really.
