Vaginismus (SP)?

I know a doctor that said he seen patients beside this, and that they had a "tight tw@t" should I report him? I own proof, he sent it to me via text message.
I live within the UK, so the General medical council probably want take deed anyways.
but do you think he be way out of column of just making a valid albiet crass point? Out of queue for sho. One does not put something like that contained by a text message nor even put it that road in consultation. Are you sure he is a doc?
