Vaginal Discharge?

When I go to he bathroom, I see some white sticky stuff within my underwear everyday. Is that normal? Once you start puberty a white and/or clear discharge is usual. The vagina is self-cleaning. This same discharge increases the closer you get to ovulation and when you are sexually aroused.
Different Types of Discharge:
White: Thick, white discharge is adjectives at the beginning and come to an end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, tacky white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.
Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.
Clear and liquid: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be conspicuously heavy after exercising.
Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if gummy or clumpy like cottage cheese or have a foul odor.
Brown: May happen right after period, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown.
Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: This may go on when you are ovulating/mid-cycle. Sometimes early contained by pregnancy you may have spotting or a brownish discharge at the time your length would normally come. If you own spotting at the time of your normal spell rather than your usual amount of flow, and you own had sex short using birth control, you should check a pregnancy test.
Yes. Women own fertility cycles, and that discharge will always be in attendance and change consistency according to how fertile you are. So don't freak out as you see it varying texture. And it is totally normal.
