Okay I thought I had my spell 2 times in a month because I am solely 13 and still irregular

I enjoy read about that surrounded by relation to douching---that the squeeze-bottle types of douches are not good for that object. Those would have greatly lower pressure than what you're talking about--ikes! I can't remember what species of problem it causes, but I do remember reading that several years ago, so I would reckon what you say you are doing is not a dutiful idea next to the water shooting out.
