Using Tampons?

I really need to cram how to use a tampon and get over my fears because I'm going to a waterpark tomorrow. I started to try and put one within, but the hole was only too small. How do you fit such a big thing contained by such a tiny hole. Please give me instructions on the process. Uh what size is it?

When I was 11 I started my time of year, my mom told me how to use a tampon, no they don't feel appropriate the first few times but trust me, they WILL fit there not trying to pi*s you rotten or anything but perhaps try one beside a plastic applicator, good luck and congrats on human being a woman and enjoying it, did you read the instructions?
Get a smaller size
