so, safe sex, i want to be really not detrimental, so would it be best to
-use a condom (with spermicide)
&
-be on the pill
&
-spermicide pill(i heard you inserted into the vagina roughly 30 min. before sex.)
using adjectives these would be a good item, right?
i want to be really sure.
help? It's a right combination, but nothing is foolproof. All 3 will aid prevent pregnancy almost perfectly. You must use the BCP's religiously (don't skip pills). Condoms by themselves DO break and I know relations who have gotten pregnant as the result of broken condoms. The use of a vaginal suppository spermicide plus condom plus BCP make it almost impossible for the little swimmers to find an egg.
However, for disease prevention, there is no complete method to be safe. You can acquire HPV (genital warts) and herpes even if a condom is used. Spermicides and BCP's don't stop viruses and microbes. HPV is often transmitted to a partner when at hand is no outbreak. Condoms do help lessen the likelihood of getting some STD's however, and should not be unseen just because they aren't correct.
If you've got a steady partner, achieve both of yourselves tested at a local clinic or doctor's office for the full compass of common STD's. If you both interview clean for everything, and are monogamous, consequently you just requirement to concentrate on preventing pregnancy.
Best of luck!
SAFE sex is about protecting yourself from stds. Condoms are #1 for that. Birthcontrol is for JUST preventing pregnancy/ so ya both condoms are bc are the best item used together.
