Urincary tract infection and itchy vagina coupled?

I've had a urincary tract infection for in the region of a week, as well as itchyness on the inside of my vagina. It's not intense, and here is no discharge or smell. Could the urinary tract infection have to do beside it, or could it be a possible pre-period/ovulating thing? Oh and please abstain from the "you should go see a doctor/gynecologist" replies, because I already know that--I'm not an idiot. Just want to carry some general facts first. Are you taking antibiotics for your UTI?

I've have the same piece. I even changed from colored toilet paper to white toilet dissertation and scented soap to unscented soap thinking it be one of these things.
Maybe it just take time. Not sure though. Would like to know the answer for sure.
You could of gotten a yeast infection cause by your urinary tract infection. This happened to my cousin when she be pregnant. There is medicine you can help yourself to.
