We have sex of late 10 days after my period.After how long i would come to know that im pregnant?

we had sex for the first time after bridal without a condom. He really like the feeling but i be blank nor excited. it just feel the same as we did near the condom. Also some fluid came out instead of going inside. I amreally confused whether we did it correctly or no. I dont want to dissappoint him and option for a baby immediately..Pls help contained by guiding us for a better sex process in proper child birth. if you miss your interval the next time,conceivably you're already pregnant.(if you have a majority menstrual cycle,meaning,every month,or every 28-35days).the fluid that come out was of late an excess.if you didn't use condom,for sure his sperm cells are on their route right now to your fallopian tube.but pregnancy will develop if by the time the sperm cells achieve your fallopian tube,you have an egg cell in attendance waiting (meaning,you're just surrounded by time for ovulation).consult with an OB for more proper guidance. =)
